Individual lessons and 5 lesson packages are valid for 2 months from date of purchase. Unlimited tutoring package has 1 month validity, student can take unlimited number of lessons during the month.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with every lesson. If you are unhappy with a lesson, please request a credit, we will review the lesson recording, if it does not meet our high quality standards, we will credit your account.
If you wish to cancel the service at any time, please inform us. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused lessons, no questions asked. For monthly unlimited tutoring package, service may be cancelled up to 15th day of the month, it is considered as a 8 lesson package to compute unused lessons.
