If you wish to cancel the service at any time, please let us know. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused subscription period, no questions asked.
Refund will be provided for unused months based on subscription period used. For example, say
$99 x 3 = $297 was paid for a Grade 7 single subject 3 month subscription. This subscription is cancelled after one month. We will deduct the cost of one month subscription $119 and refund the balance $297 - $119 = $178 to you.
For a partially used month, refunds are prorated based on an average of 8 lessons per month, less any lessons already taken. For example, should you cancel your subscription after taking two lessons during the month we will refund 3/4th of your money for that month: (8/8 – 2/8 = 6/8 = 3/4thth).
