If you are dissatisfied with any lesson please inform us, we will provide a credit.
If you wish to cancel the service at any time please let us know. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused subscription, no questions asked.
Refund request must be made before expiry of the subscription period.
Refund will be provided for the unused subscription after deducting a 10% administration fee and $15 per lesson for lessons already taken.
For example, say $119 was paid for a 10 lesson pack. This subscription is cancelled after taking 3 lessons. We will deduct the administration fee 10% of $119 = $11.90 and cost of 3 lessons 3 x $15 = $45 and refund the balance $119 - $11.90 - $45 = $62.10 to you.
