Your satisfaction is guaranteed with every lesson. If you are unhappy with a lesson, please request a credit. We will review the lesson recording, and if it does not meet our high quality standards, we happily credit your account.
If you wish to cancel the service at any time, please let us know. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused lessons, no questions asked.
For our monthly unlimited tutoring package, your service may be cancelled up to the 15th day of the month for any reason, again, no questions.
Refunds on our unlimited tutoring package are prorated based on an average of 8 lessons per month, less any lessons already taken. For example, should you cancel after taking two lessons, we will refund ¾ of your money for that month. (8/8 – 2/8 = 6/8 or 3/4).
