eTutorWorld
has a firm commitment to protecting your privacy. We value your privacy and we will never sell your email address and personal information. The following
statement explains our policy in regard to the use of any personal
information you may give us as you use any part of eTutorWorld website.
1. This
Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by
eTutorWorld or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies
(collectively, eTutorWorld’s "services"). In order to participate
in the Service, you understand and agree that you may be asked to
provide Personal Identifying Information as part of the
registration process and at other points in using the Service, and that
we will store information that you provide. In the course of our
business we will use that information in aggregated form to
provide statistical user data about our subscribers to
advertisers, potential advertisers, and content licensors. At various
points in using the Service you may also need to provide
additional Personal Identifying Information so that we can
perform tasks you request in the Service, such as fulfilling
orders or make calculations to estimate financial aid eligibility.

2. Information we collect and how we use it : In
order to provide our full range of services, we require customers, who
register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively,
the "Service") to give us contact information, such as their
name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and billing
information, such as billing name and address, credit card
number, and the school grade and subjects to use the service.
You understand and agree
that we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with
our server and to administer the Service. Your IP address is
required to help identify you and to develop important
demographic information about the users of the Service.
The Service may use
cookies (i.e., session information written to your computer by your
browser) to help you keep track of where you left off when you were
last working in any part of our sites. eTutorWorld uses 128 Byte SSL
encryption for the Service. More information on our use of "cookies"
can be found below (eTutorWorld Cookies). We do not, however, have
access to any information about you from cookies you might receive
while using the Service.
Except as we explicitly
state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to
third parties the information provided. All financial and billing
information that we collect through the Site is used solely to
check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for
the Service. This billing information is not used by eTutorWorld
for marketing or promotional purposes. eTutorWorld uses a credit
card authorization service provider to manage the credit card
processing. This service provider uses the information for the sole
purpose of credit card processing.
3. Information you provide : For
children under age 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA) provides that a parent's permission must be obtained
before your personal information may be collected and used.
Please have your parents contact us before we are able to
create an account for you or provide you with any tutoring.
4. Note to parents of children under the age of 13 : You are welcome to contact us to review any identifiable
information we have collected about your child. If you desire,
you may request that we delete this information and/or specify that
we collect no more of your child's information. Please note that
we will need to verify the identity of anyone requesting
information about a child to ensure that the person is in fact
the child's parent or legal guardian, and that a request for us
to delete all personal information about a child requires us to cancel
the child's tutoring account.
5. Note to Students : If
your parents and/or your school pay for/subsidize the cost of your
tutoring, we may share your personal information with them at
their request. This includes the content of your tutoring
sessions (transcripts) and the written comments you leave in
post-session surveys.
On the other hand, if
you pay us from your own account, without the involvement of your
parents or your school, we will not share your personal
information with them. If we have reason to believe that
disclosing your personal identification is required by law, or is
otherwise reasonable to protect someone from possible injury, we
may do so.
At eTutorWorld, though
we make every effort to preserve your privacy we may need to
disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a
good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a
current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process
served on our Web site.
When completing a form,
you may be asked to provide your name, mailing address, telephone
number, e-mail address, age, current job status, level of
education, or an explanation for your request. We collect that
information in order to:

- Contact you regarding your request;
- Send
or forward your information to schools, universities and/or colleges or
trade schools, and special program requests.
- Personalize your experience making your future requests faster;

personal information will be shared with schools, universities,
colleges and trade schools that are third parties or sponsors that you
may request information from and to other parties through whom your
information is mailed or shipped, by common carriers such as UPS or the
US Postal Office. This shared personal information includes all the
following:
- your name;
- your e-mail address;
- your street address;
- your telephone number;
Your personal information will never be distributed to mailing-list firms. We process spam via " spamcop.net"
6. eTutorWorld Cookies : Cookies
are files that your Web browser puts on your computer when you visit
a Web site. We may use cookies to record how often you visit our
site, and what pages you go to on our site. The cookie itself
does not have personal information in it, so no one except us can
figure out who you are from our cookie.
Sometimes we use files
from other companies (called third-party cookies) to help us see
where people go on our website, to improve our services.
Third- party cookies do not contain any personally identifying
information, and the third party can not figure out who you are,
or contact you. Sometimes, we link to other sites. We do not make
these sites, and we can't be responsible for what they post on
their sites.
7. Third Party Cookies : Occasionally,
eTutorWorld may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable
information about our users with our business and alliance
partners. Our site links to third party sites that collect
information that you provide in forms. Most forms require cookies
to work, and our affiliates and partners sites do use cookies on
their sites. Other than our business and alliance partners, the
company does not provide Personal Information to any third party
for any purpose whatsoever and the company will not do so unless
it is legally required to do so. Similarly, it is against our
policy to sell Personal Information collected online without consent.

third-parties who receive any information from us protect such

8. Log information : When you use eTutorWorld services, our servers automatically
record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a
website. These server logs may include information such as your
web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser
language, the date and time of your request and one or more
cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
9. User communications : When
you send email or other communication to eTutorWorld, we may
retain those communications in order to process your inquiries,
respond to your requests and improve our services.
10. Affiliated sites : We
offer some of our services in connection with other web sites.
Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to
eTutorWorld in order to deliver the service. We process such
information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites
may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read

11. Links : eTutorWorld
may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of
whether these links have been followed. We use this information to
improve the quality of our search technology, customized content

update, or remove any personal data you have previously provided to us.
If you registered on our site you can update your own information by
logging in at the URL provided in the email that was sent with a copy
of the information you provided us at your initial registration. We
only collect information you provide when you place a request for
information from our site. If eTutorWorld makes any changes in policy
of how we use any information you have provided to eTutorWorld we will
notify you of any changes in the use of your personally identifiable
information via the e-mail address you supplied. The e-mail will ask
for your permission and you will be provided an opt out prior to

We
use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to
administer and tune the operation of our site, and to log your browser
type and referring URL information. Your IP address may also be used in
collecting statistical data such as number of "hits" and "page views"
which is gathered for broad usage information only. None of this
information can identify you personally. We do have partners and
affiliates, we can not identify any personal information from your IP
address. When you visit our site your IP address is recorded as a
normal function of the following server logs.
- Access logs show us which pages an IP address accesses on the visit.
- Error logs show any errors your browser encountered during a visit.
- Agent logs show us what type of browser you used to view the site.
- Referrer logs show us the keywords used to find our site and which search engine or point of entry you used.

It is currently the only way eTutorWorld can notify you of our
policies. We will also provide an opt out option advising new visitors
that we have changed our privacy policy on their first visit to our web
